L’amour Med Spa is a medical spa based in Texas that provides non-
surgical aesthetic treatments including laser hair removal,Botox, dermal
fillers, and facial rejuvenation procedures. Our website offers information

not limited to laser hair removal, Botox®, dermal fillers, and related

and Texas state medical and professional regulations. By using our
services, you acknowledge and agree that: • All medical treatments are
provided based on individual consultations and require informed consent
prior to administration. • We comply with the Health Insurance Portability
and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), ensuring the protection and
confidentiality of your personal health information. • Our services are not a
substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always

condition. • Results from treatments may vary by individual, and no specific
outcomes are guaranteed. If you have any concerns or experience adverse
effects following a treatment, you agree to notify us promptly so we can
take appropriate action in accordance with medical protocols and
